4 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash salt
1 tablespoon margarine
4 slices bread
Chopped sunflower seeds (optional)
¾ cup maple syrup or honey
½ cup Sunspread Smooth
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and salt.
Beat slightly with fork till blended.
In medium size saucepan, melt margarine.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides each.
Fry bread until golden brown on one side; turn and fry second side.
Top each slice with sunflower seeds.
In small saucepan blend syrup and Sunspread.
Heat and stir till warm, pour over French toast.
