1½ cup brown sugar (250ml)
¼ cup Sunflower kernels
¼ cup sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups sifted cake flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1½ cup milk
2 cups bran fibre
Dash salt
1 cup fruit cake mix
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Cream together sugar, eggs and add oil.
Mix together flour, baking soda, fibre and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, mixing till blended.
Add cake fruit mix and sunflower kernels.
Keep overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 180ºC for about 40 minutes or till done.
