1 tablespoon Sunspread Crunchy
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup mayonnaise
Bananas
Lemon juice
Lettuce leaves
Chopped sunflower kernels (optional)
In a small bowl, stir together the Sunspread Crunchy and honey. 
Add mayonnaise.    
Slice banana into 1 cm slices; dip each in slice in lemon juice.   
Arrange banana slices on lettuce leaves on salad plates.
Drizzle Sunspread salad dressing over bananas. 
Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
